Registration is at the Proudman Oceanographic Laboratory, which is situated on Brownlow Street between Pembroke Place and Dover Street (building No. 106 on the University of Liverpool Precinct plan). The Conference location is opposite, in the Foresight Centre (building Nos. 97 & 98).
